I guess anything is better than stock. Ive mentioned in the past I got a Renix to about 58.5 or 59mm and blew a hole thru the side. If you were to stop at 58, then grind down an HO throttle plate to make it fit....that would be a help too.

Ive currently got a few bored 91-95 HO TBs in stock, and one 96+ .
PM me for Paypal info.

Who bored your TB? is it nice and round and have a decent fit of the plate to the TB?
Good gasket under the TB?
Are you sure your IAC is ok...might be toast.
Did you do injectors or intake at the same time?
Sure your fuel pressure regulator/pump is ok?

Of course. Member just paid this morning for my last 96+ TB. Will do more as soon as some cores come in. If you would like one, PM me for payment info. You can also ship one and it will be done in 1-2 days.

just to let you know i found out my problem and appreciate all your insight. i found that with all the swapping around or even maybe before then i had a bad tps pigtail. i was looking around to make sure i had good connections and make sure no vacuum leaks and touched the tps pigtail and went to running like crap at idle, wiggled it and a change in running occurred. replaced pigtail and whammo smooth running ! thanks again i thought i would let you and everyone else know incase they run into the same problem...
