You just boring underneath the butterfly valve so its equal size straight through??

 

The tb only gets smaller at the bottom

 

Im only boring them to 60mm because I cant find a source for larger butterflys. Someone on Ebay says he bores his to 62mm and puts in a custom butterfly.

Bought one from him a while ago and installed it. Works wonderful and there was a noticeable difference afterword. Got to me about a week after I ordered it and once here it was clean and well done. I highly recommend this.

 

OP you can make your own butterfly out of 16g aluminum and a dremel. use your stock as a template and blow it up a little to make different sizes. That way you can offer different sizes TB...

I should make some butterflys......but between my full time job, my new baby, selling jeep parts, and constantly trying to beat the stock market so I can retire early....lol....Im a little busy !

btw it took me about 20 minutes to cut one and test fit for my 53 mm. once you get a template your good to go!
