These are some of the absolute nicest shocks you can buy for your rig, they come valved specifically for an XJ. The Remote resis include billet aluminum clamps (not the cheap hose clamps) and feature the typical stem/barpin up front and the barpin/eye for the rear, no adapters needed.

So what ones would you use on a 4.5" lifted Cherokee with your long arms? I imagine the 3 link needs way longer shocks than just the 10" of travel advertised.

 

Xj88 runs the longest fox 2.0 remote resis they offer for factory application, believe they are 12" travel.

I'll get you the prt number in the morning

 

I would recommend running the 6.5" + version of these.

Xj88 has around 5.5" of lift and his works out perfect with 35s. Just enough up travel and then enough down travel to fully extend the shock.
