Time for another update:

Got some Bilstein 5125s installed, front driveshaft is reinstalled, drivers side leaf spring pack replaced, fender flares removed, and 33s put on.

Did some wheeling before I put the 33s on and took the fender flares off. Going wheeling this weekend!

Update for the year

Removed the ABS **** under the hood and installed a brake booster and master cylinder for a 99 GC.
(no pics :P)

Rebuilt the transfercase again. This time added the Boostwerks tcase shifter linkage.

Replaced AW4 shift solenoids as well

Right before I replaced the 33" KM2s.

Got some new tires!

Water pump needed replacing again

Finally trimmed the fenders!

Discovered some new noises since I put these nice new quiet tires on; rear drive shaft had a vibration at freeway speeds and sounds like Ive got a bad u joint in one of the axle shafts up front.

Got some new u joints for the front axle shafts coming and I have 2 front driveshafts being rebuilt at a drive shaft shop.

I also ordered some steel fender armor and flares from Dirtbound Offroad. Can't wait to get those on!

Passenger front wheel hub assembly was trashed. I did replace the ujoints on that axle shaft when I replaced the hub assembly.

Went to Bridgeport for some fun.

Transfercase started acting odd on the way back from there. Ended up pulling the tcase again and fixing stuff I messed up. All fixed now!

Also replaced the master cylinder since my brakes felt weird. Brakes are MUCH better. Guess the master cylinder I swapped in was bad or I didnt bleed it right.

The 2 driveshafts I had rebuilt recently have vibrations over 60MPH so I dropped them off with the shop that rebuilt them to have them figure it out.

My fender armor is also here, just need to finish painting them and slap them on.

Done a couple things since my last update - replaced the fuel pump, had a shop diagnose and repair an issue I couldn't figure out, and had some new wheels installed.

Waiting on this weather to calm down so I can go wheel the damn thing.

Got a swing out tire carrier added to the rear bumper and swapped in a Rustys Offroad crossmember and transfercase skid to replace the JKS HD crossmember.
