If I had had the extra time and proper tools I probably could have, but in the end it just seemed easier to spend the ca$h and order it.
Its worth a try and hey if you find out your good at making them, there's definitely people out there interested in buying them. I know I was.
I think just having the fans mounted to a shroud instead of directly to the radiator will help, you would probably be safe running with the 2 12" fans you already have. If you do want to make a triple fan shroud similar to mine, I'd be more than happy to give you measurements off of mine if you'd like.
Here's the fans I purchased for my setup: 10" push/pull cooling fan
They push/pull 1730 CFM each.
Would really appreciate those measurements if they're not already up. Moved to Texas and the good ol '93 could use a little HP boost on the hills and some better cooling. Figure while i'm replacing the stock rad I might as well do e fans as well. I've got the stock one hooked up to run automatically or on switch, works great.

All I did when drawing my shroud up was use my radiator as my template and measurements.

I may be looking at adding some AO rock sliders to Dat Jeep in the near future.
Possibly even a gas tank skid plate.

As you can tell from the title this is SH*TSHOW PT1
Dat Jeep barely fits in my 1 car garage.
Made some room by removing my 2nd battery & tray.
Unbolted the telescoping steering shaft and removed the power steering lines.
Here's where the ****show starts: Unbolted the steering box bolts and found the flimsy aluminum spacer was, of course, broken.
Broke 1 of the 3 steering box bolts, so I will need to purchase some replacement bolts.
Old steering box was leaking and in desperate need of a rebuild or replacement.
The ****show continues: The replacement steering box I ordered had damaged threaded hose fittings.
Luckily the ebay seller had another one available and happily agreed to send out a replacement @ no charge to me.
So while I wait for a replacement to the replacement power steering box I will be ordering this spacer from Iron Rock Offroad
In the meantime Dat Jeep is out of commission.

Will be replacing the Rough Country fixed lower control arm bushings sometime this week.
I've developed a Front-end noise and upon investigation found substantial movement in the lower control arm bushings.
Ordered replacement bushings from RockAuto.com and will install them hopefully this coming weekend.
This is the passenger side - the drivers side is worse and is the side where the noise is coming from
