I got another shoulder bolt just like the main pivot point for the ratcheting pivot point. The shoulder on this one is 5/16 and all I had to do was drill out the hole in the main bracket.

This is the style adapter I was talking about, otherwise ill have to use silicone tubing and clamps to put it together (which I don't want to do)
