I only got so far with this method. Just wasn’t enough clamping force to flatten it.

I was able to get pretty close by tacking scrap bolts to the panel and pulling on it with my homemade slide hammer.

Tying in the new rockers was a lot of work. The rust had spread to parts of the rear wheel well and floor pan. (Again image quality is lacking because I pulled this from a video).
