Few buddies and I were out on a trail, slinging it a little harder than we should have been. Buddy slung his jeep into a tree pretty hard and dented the rear fender as well as taking his door handle off. Any suggestions on how to take the dent out at ;least a bit. If there are any. first and second pic is the dent and the third is some of our group pre-dent.

 

Remove the inside trim then pound out the dent. You can also use a dent puller i think autozone has them.
