Do you guys have any suggestions on how to get some dents out? There not dents from getting hit or anything but it looks like there dent from people leaning on it. I took the door panel off and tryed pushing it out with my hand and it would pop out then go back to the way it was. Im going to be painting it soon so im not worried about messing up the paint in the process of removing the dents.

with the one you described, you need to heat the area up with a torch and push it and hold it out, atleast thats wut works for me

try a toilet plunger. or a suction cup of some sort.
