Just imagine the flex with that kind of fender clearance! Haha. Just kidding. It looks pretty awkward on those stockers, it's a nice rig otherwise though and those swampers will look sick on it!

XJ looks great, I put 33x12.50s on my 89 and I think they're a bit much for my rig. I'm going back to a 10.50 before spring. Your truck is going to look tough with the bigger tires, bigger tires = better clearance. Are you going to change out the rear end next ? It'll sure make ya grin when your driving it. It won't stop with bigger tires...... Adddiction is a fun thing sometimes. Good job.

is it me or are the front tires sitting at angles like this / \? is that a bad thing or is it something that just kinda happens on lifted XJ's? reason I ask is I just lifted my XJ 4" this weekend and now it appears my front tires are doing the same thing. I was thinkin its a sign of my front unit bearings showing signs of dying but if its normal then I wont worry bout it
thanks

i never had it ligned when i lifted it a while back...just got this xj a while back my old xj had no caster after alignment.......oh and it has a dana 44 hy would i change the rear end? even 35 rear and 30 front are strong enough for 33s. I will be converting it to a small block powered rig once my new motor bites it later on,....proly a couple years. im just waitng for my new 33s to ship.....
