Hello! My 2007 jeep grand cherokee has many upgrades over the last year(almost cherry) i want to increase the 3.7 oil capacity somehow. I have not been able to find a larger oil filter that will fit or how about a oil adapter plate or a relocation set.any help would be welcome thanx!!!

You should ask in the Grand Cherokee forum. This is the XJ (original cherokee 84-01) forum and none of the original XJ's used the 3.7L motor. You could also check in with the JK wrangler folks since they used the same engine in the JK Wrangler (07-18).

What im curious about is why you want, or need to increase the oil capacity in the first place???

BTW, you can PM a Moderator and ask them to move this thread to the proper Grand Cherokee forum for you, rather than starting a second identical thread, which does get confusing.

I thought he was looking for a larger oil PAN, not Filter!
