After double and triple checking fuses the once working instrument lights still won't turn on, all other lights work like they should, dome light, head lights, glove box light, etc.. Any suggestions??

 

Look for a wiring schematic.
It has to be one of two things,no power or bad ground.
I would check the ground by the fuse box.
Do a search. There was just a thread in OEM tech on this.

 

Depending on the year I have seen the rear wiper or the defroster switch do a short to ground and blow out the illumination, but also blows the fuse too. Check power going to the headlight switch and then power going out when it pulled.
