Default Light bar wiring?

Installing two 4" cubes in the factory fog location, I thought I had all my wiring hooked up correctly but apparently not. I've done a lot of subwoofer power wiring before and thought that the ground wires only needed to be grounded to the chassis so I did that and nothing. Switch is getting power as the lights are on but no power to the led's. Do the ground wires from the fuse and relay need to be connected to the battery ground? Thanks!

If you have a good, clean spot on the chassis then that should be fine. Do the pods ground into the harness? Did you test the lights seperate from the harness?

Also most fog light wiring is designed to shut off when the high beams come on. So that may be another area to look at. You could have a bad wire in the fog light to low beam circuit.

Yes, the harness has a ground for the lights, I did try them on the battery and they worked.

Where did you ground them? Not all chassis locations are a good ground.

Make sure you wired in the relay correctly. It should look like this: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f11/f...-whats-373637/
