98 doors on 92 Comanche???
Hey, I picked up a sweet 98 Cherokee 4 door hit in the front. It has the power window lock doors. Will these doors bolt up directly to my 90 or 92 Comanche? How about the seats, the tracks look different?
Also, will the engine work in my 92? Both are 4 liters, but I realize the 98 is obd 2. Will I need to change intakes?

Yes, the doors will fit.
You'll need your MJ pedestals, plenty of threads on seat swaps......search.
Yes, you can swap the long block.......retain your Renix intake and ignition, for simplicity.

The doors will bolt up but the striker is in the wrong position on the door jamb. How good are you at fabrication work?
As for the engine, swap the 98 in your 92 as a longblock using all the electrical, ignition, fuel and flywheel stuff from the 92.

I can do fab work, have a plasma cutter, mig, arc and gas. I didn't realize the striker was different. Are the hinges a bolt on or do they need mods too? I like the power windows locks and mirrors, but like my current vent window doors to ;-)
This wouldn't be for my Renix one, it would be for my 92, which is OBD 1? Can I swap it the 98 XJ engine into mine and use my existing wiring and harness?
Are you saying use my existing intake/exhaust or can I use the new one?
I bought this 98 xj non running, the radiator was wrapped around the engine. I got it running last night and it sounds better than all mine! Was a one owner, lady gave it to her grand son and he wrecked it in less than 3 weeks.

You can swap that engine into either a 92 or 89 if you keep the vehicle's original flywheel, distributor, intake and exhaust.
