Did you check the service interval in your owners manual? If you don't have an owners manual, you can probably find a PDF online or contact the "JeepCares" member. (I'd get a Factory Service Manual as well.)

A quick google search indicates it's actually - never. Apparently it's supposed to be lifetime fluid... I'd double check for sure, but perhaps that's why you're not finding it in the owners manual.
