Same here.

If you're so concerned about this, contact Chrysler Customer Relations and make them aware of it.

The contact info is in your Owner's/Warranty manual.

If you're gonna start a crusade, start one. But what the hell are we supposed to do?

Here. Did it for ya.

Official Website

The starting page for the Chrysler company is located at http://www.chrysler.com/en/. This official website provides all the information the customer needs to contact Chrysler customer service, schedule an appointment for maintenance or ask a question about a Chrysler vehicle.

Chrysler customer is also available on Twitter and Facebook.

Customer Service Email

The Chrysler customer service department can be contacted by email, but not directly via an email address. You must fill out a complex contact form with your VIN number if you have a detailed question about your vehicle. You can also send the contact form without the VIN number, but you’ll still have to fill in your name, address, phone number and email address. We contacted the customer service department via the contact page in hopes of learning the dedicated email address customers can use to contact Chrysler customer service. We’ll update the response when received.

Wow, scary stuff. They rate the drivetrain problems at 8.6 out of 10! And that is how severe the problem is, not how good. One reports jeep took their transmission to "dissect". Wonder if there will be a recall. Some of those stories could have ended a lot worse.

MOST of the issues were with reflashing the original batch of KL's PCMs to address a software problem with shifting, not for mechanical failure.

That's where the figures are coming from.

I understand there was lots of problems with that, but the owners reports on that page said a few had problems the dealership couldn't figure out. One got theirs back still without a solution. :what:

A few had replacement trannies. Not 86% of them. Thanks for clarifying my point.

Yep, you were.

BUT, the survey results are skewed. To the average person answering a survey, they think they had tranny problems rather than the real cause, which was software.

So how deep was the water you tried to cross? Maybe just maybe it could have been driver error? Just sayin

Now there's a thought. Of all the Jeep forums I'm on, I've found no other claims/complaints about swamping a KL Cherokee. Wonder why..............

From an Engineering view, this is the 1st run of the KL. Bugs/problems WILL be found with any make or model of a first run. All we can do is report our finds and the makers will adress them as needed.

it was 12 to 15 inches just enough for that hole in the bumper to cough water up the face of the radiator and straight up into the Ram Air Intake..
which is located in the nose.. have you even looked at what im talking about on the 2.4 multiair tigershark? i suggest you do.. If you are a jeeper, you will see clearly.. if not.. cant help ya.. buy it and go have fun in a remote area where no signal is.. alone.. in bear country.. with honey smeared on your body..
