Default Electrical issues/battery reconnection

I was doing some work on my 15 Cherokee Limited, and disconnected the battery during that time. After I reconnected the battery all hell broke loose! Front wipers won’t shut off, no blinkers, no rear wipers, Uconnect screen black, a/c and heater controls unresponsive and numerous Check engine, air bags and other dash warning lights and messages. Vehicle will start and can be driven. I have read other threads and have tried the remove negative, press brake peddle and let sit 5-20 minutes before reconnecting the negative to the battery. This has not worked and I’m at a loss. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.

Which cable did you disconnect initially? Positive or negative?
