Nope not trolling, I was just setting the facts straight. Trying to do a comparison with a stock xj and a not stock kl is pathetic. but trying to pick a wheeling fight/challenge with a guy that's on the other side of the country is kinda pathetic and dumb don't ya think? And in not a snot nose *****, just a regular ***** lol comes with dealing with thick headed people like you.

The KL is not stock?

I don't understand why metalwonzero's offer is not good.

It's in pursuit of some real world information.

I would like to see it and I know metalwonzero is willing to push his new KL off road.

its neither a fight or challenge. its jeeping. and the trail is the fight/challenge, and i wanna know, since you opened the door for questions. which one is better, so lets find someone in my area willing to hit the trail.. or someone in your region with a KL..

Wind Rock Parks not far from me. it has some mean trails guaranteed to stop a stock rides forward progression. so.. we have a place, now just need an up country to do this!
you need a hug or something. aint no one on here that i have seen been hard headed or rude to you, its been you coming out swinging.

I want to see what they do on the same trail, and its not to say neeener neeener mines better, im more interested in how the tech changed and if any real advances were made in how it all functions on the trail.
and since im pretty close to where a nice orv park is. that has marked trails with difficulty levels. this can happen yall..
set it up cruiser54! im game!

The kl isn't stock, the comparisons they have shown have been a trailhawk(not stock) against a stock xj( not upcountry) that's a **** poor way of testing,
His offer is good, if he had been directing his challenge to someone near him, trying to direct it towards me when in across the country is kinda like blowing hot air.

Lol the many many posts stating as "facts" that the trail hawk is better than a xj with no proper comparison(trailhawk/upcountry) is proof of hard headed, I've always expressed that in my opinion that the two are equal but won't know till someone does a proper test, but others have blatantly posted what is the "truth" and "facts" that one is better than the other.

In my opinion these new Cherokee's look like an older kia suv had a head on collision with a nissan juke... now they are good looking cars aside from the split headlights. (in my opinion) My irritation is that they named it a cherokee. they have all of these names floating around and the bring the cherokee back as a front wheel drive city mobile. ( in base form) the trailhawk does seem to be impressive. But no longer can you buy a base cherokee with 2 wheel drive and go places most 2wd vehicles go. I think my annoyance is that they brought a name back it seems to just sell cars. wish they would have named it something else. As far as reliability it sounds like its having the issues that most brand new vehicles have and expecially chrysler products . Though im of the opinion that most of these new vehicles wont be seeing 200k and 20 years old as well as these older vehicles do. just for kicks i have a 1999 2wd cherokee sport w/ cold air, air chip, high flow headers and highflow muffler. I get 23-24 highway. maybe a little better in town than epa. my jeep has 170000 and the tranny is original! and i've pulled a boat that past 60,000 on and off. IDK about the offroad deal, but itll be a long time before the new jeep can put up a proven track record like that...and sounds like the same with gas mileage Hard to beat 30 years of tweaking.

He has owned both vehicles. Have you? So he has some insight.

His offer is valid. A Trailhawk is a stock model of a new Cherokee.

If he was near here, I would take the challenge with open arms.

At least we would have some kind of side by side comparison to see.

Having driven a Trailhawk off road a bit, I would like to see how technology has or hasn't improved off road capability so far.

maybe I worded it wrong, comparing a trailhawk package kl against a xj with no package is like apple to oranges. a upcountry xj and a trailhawk kl is comparing apples to apples
If he was near here, I would take the challenge with open arms.
if he was closer, I would also. what I was getting at was how he tried acting tough and challenging me when he knows im on the other side of the country lol

I would also just because the kl does have a factory locker

Challenging me then calling me a troll? I don't know how else you're suppose to see that? I would hope you've seen my posts enough to know me well enough that I don't over react unless its for a good reason.

set the event up on your end.. who cares whos driving or where it is as long as this takes place.
