Hello everyone! My name is Susan and this is the second XJ I have owned.

I have owned this one "The Blue Beast" or as my co-workers call it "the Mad Max Mobile" for about 10 years now. She was stock as heck when I bought her and dark blueish purplish color (depending on the light). I am from St. Louis area originally so she has seen a few of the off road places in that area -especially Wa****a.

Now I am in Madison Wisconsin where there doesn't seem to be too many off road trails in my area (none that I know of actually).

So I was looking through the technical posts to try to solve a no start issue I was having and decided to join. (It ended up being a combination of CPS and plugs, wires, distrib cap.

She is back up and running and this weekend she is getting a new radiator and hoses, oil change, brakes, new belt, and headlights. Then she should be road ready again.
