Default New from Long Island

What's going on everyone!? Just picked up my first XJ today, and I must say it is awesome! She is a 1996 with 117,550 miles on her. The onlybthing that is done to it so far is a aftermarket Kenwood radio. The one major thing that is wrong with it is that the back gate doesn't open. Looks like it was broken into and the lock was put back in with what looks like putty.

Welcome. Good looking rig. Pretty good mileage for that age of a rig. You will be up for nights and nights reading stuff on the forum haha.

Yeah, I had a feeling I'm going to be up for hours reading articles, and thanks for the copmliments! Happy to see some other people from Long Island on here! I figured that therr would be at least one or two. I'm from Rocky Point. My future plans are a 3' lift 31' or 32' tiers a push bar tube doors for the front and a roof rack with a spare/shovle/axe/jack. All the basics I feel. Its going to take a while but I'll get there.
