Hi!!!

I love Jeep alot, I used to have a 2006 Liberty Limited 4wd and then I had a 2008 Patriot 4wd. I will have my new-to-me Cherokee next week. It's a '92, 4 doors, V6, 4x4 with 176,xxx kms. It needs tires and the floor needs some patching. I checked under and the rockers + frame looks good.

I'm going to see it again this weekend to make sure everything will be good for the drive back home. It's an hour away from my place. I'll take pictures and will post them.

Oh and I also need to know if tire size 215/70R16 would fit on my jeep??? Reason I ask is because I have some winter tires mounted on some universal rims that I had on my Patriot. Now, from what I know, the rims fits, but I don't know about the tires. I checked for the diameter and it's a lil' smaller than stock. I really hope these will fit so that way I won't need to buy tires until next summer

Here's 2 pics of my previous Jeeps.

LOL. I know, I should have got that instead of going with a new Jeep. I can't wait to drive it!

I'll have the Jeep home next Sunday

Oh and I also wanted to know how do you call the 4 wheel system that my jeep has. (2H, 4H, N, 4L)

Update:

Added new pics in my album. I finally have the Jeep home!!!

The only problem I have right now, is I can't get the t-case lever to go into N / 4Lo. I know I'm supposed to pull the lever to the right and then go down, but it's not budging. I followed what the manual says (yeah it came with the Jeep ) I can make it go down to 4 HI but that's about it....

Welcome, from Wisconsin. Nice!... Looking through your pics. Did you only paint 1 side (rocker panel area) with rockguard?....And if it's in 2H, Pull straight up. (it takes a little effort)

Yeah, I did the driver's side last fall, and then it got too cold to do the other side. I have to redo it though as I didn't do it properly. I'll be doing that in July as I'm off for a week. As for the t-case lever, I went to a friend's house and he fixed it for me. It was jammed in rust. He sprayed it and then got it unstuck for me. It works like new now. I just have to spray some release-all every once in awhile and it will be fine.

I'm pretty sure that I've seen you around a couple of times already. Next time, I'll try to wave at you.
