Hey all,
My name is Chuck and i just got back in the Jeep family.
My new jeep is a 96 Cherokee with the 4.0, auto trans, 231 t-case.
For now its all stock, but as soon as money starts to roll in again, ill be adding some stuff to it.
This isn't my first Jeep, i had a 99 2wd XJ that i sold to my brother a few years back. It was totaled by a drunk driver a few months later, thankfully nobody was hurt and his children were ok.
I got this Jeep for FREE! yes Free, it was given to me by my grandfather who bought it practically new in 97. I have every service record from the day it was bought, and it is in great shape except for the paint. with only 85k on it, she still has tons of life left in her.
Ill try to get pics this week, but i warn you its not much to look at LOL!

My plans for now are a much needed lift, prob in the 3-4" range. Bigger tires and better wheels. Front and rear bumpers and a winch. $$ must get here first for that to happen. Work is slowing down a bit so no OT = no slush fund for right now.
