Bought a stock grey 2000 jeep Cherokee classic. Any suggestions for cheap mods.

Cup holders. Remove fender flares. Aux lighting.

Here's a great thread:

I would replace ALL fluids first. Also coolant hoses and serpentine belt, and spark plugs and wires. Then move on to modifications.
If you carry 'stuff' everywhere, maybe a false floor/cargo box. Can carry the regular stuff inside it while retaining a clear floor.

I replaced the fluids in tranny, diff case, tran case, and all of the motor fluids. Gonna fix the rust holes in floor board ( that will be fun lol) I am thinking maybe a bds 3 inch lift, after market front bumper, plastic of rear bumper, fender flares, cargo rack, led bar.
I replaced the lift supports and but an alpine head unit in it and am hooking up a 12 inch alpine bassline in a ported box.

Good plan. Can use the old hatch struts to lift the hood.
Nates4x4.com has full size roof baskets and also bumpers.

Check the drivers door sticker. It got the paint code on the bottom of the sticker.

Welcome. Keep an eye on the head. 2000-2001s were notorious for heads cracking

Really like the rear compartment job you did. I'm going to do something similar after seeing that. Quite Nice!
