Just coming back to CF after a long stint of no XJ. Got rid of the 89 we had almost 2 years ago and now we just picked up a pretty nice 91 Sport. It is my wife's daily driver and she SAYS she wants to make it a trail rig, but we'll see where that goes.
My project is a 77 DJ5 postal jeep (right hand drive
) that is getting 79 bronco axles swapped in with the ford radius arms (passenger side will get wristed) and XJ coils. The rear is getting flipped XJ leaf springs. Engine, trans, and t-case are up in the air as to what will be going in. I have a Ford 400/t18/205 and i also have a 4.0/aw4/231 as well as the 232 (or 258, not sure what it is) that came factory in the DJ...
ANYWHO... I'm back!
