If I was going to convert my rear brakes, what else should I replace while I am that far torn down?

Might as well put in that locker. That's my plan.

I recommend seal & axle bearings. The Yukon kit I bought was $40.

Default rear disc conversion

I will ship you everything you need to complete the conversion-minus rotors & E-brake shoes. I will ship you the driver side E-brake cable. The kit does NOT include a passenger side E-brake cable, as it is too short to be used.

With the Dana 44 you will need to get a set of bearing retainer plates. You will also need to redrill the holes in the backing plates to match the 44 housing mounting holes.

On the Dana 44 & Chrysler 8.25 you will need to enlarge the opening so it will slide over the axle tube.

With the Dana 35 this is a direct bolt on.

$170 shipped in the lower 48 states- there is a $60 nonrefundable deposit

This is a idea of what you will be recieving but this is a old set I have already sold.

The only thing not pictured is the parts that go into the porportoning valve, which is included in the kit.

The actual kit you receive may or may not come with useable E-shoes,hardware & pads:depends on availability.

Here is a couple of write-up on the subject

This is something I've been looking at doing and I think once the snow all melts away here I will be doing this. I've had it with rear drums lol My questions is though, I have a manual tranny so I really need to be able to use my hand brake with this and you say in your kits that the passenger side hand brake cable is not included. Which hand brake cable would fit this kit? The stock cable from the XJ? etc? Thanks
