ZJ canyon w/235 in XJ spare location

ZJ canyon w/235 in XJ spare location
So I want to mount my spare in the factory location. Will I need the bracketry from a ZJ? Or does the XJ hardware work?

Alright I decided to do my own research and it looks like I’m going to need the longer rod from a ZJ or xj that had it from the factory.
