Default ZJ seatbelts in XJ?

I have a 1993 4door cherokee and my drivers seatbelt doesn't retract so I was just wondering if a zj seatbelt would mount in my xj.

Thanks Shane

not to be a safety **** but if the ZJ was in an accident do you really want the belts? they are designed to be a one use item.

are the ZJ belts any longer than than your old XJ belt? i have my seats slid all the way to the front of the vehicle to avoid the 2 year old's kicks to the back of the seat on long trips. Between the seats and my size the stock belts are a hair to short to be comfortable.

if u take your bottom trim off u should be able to clean or adjust the tensioner that pulls the belt back in when not in use. you'll have to take it all apart anyways to change it.
