Will an 0331 TUPY fit on a ‘92 XJ?

Yes. It more than likely won't have the port for the temp gauge/warning light sender at the back of the head, and if you're smart, you'll use an adjutable pushrod to make sure that the ones you have are an appropriate length, but yes, it will work...

 

I'd sell that TUPY head and score a cheaper head that fits correctly.

Guys really want that oddball 0331 head.
