I have a bds belly pan and i am having a heck of a time getting it on.. The upper control arm mounts on it seem to be hitting my "frame rail" and wont go up in between the rails.. It looks like its just a flap of metal with spot welding from the factory and it looks like i could maybe bend it out of the way.. I would have to re route the brake/fuel lines to make it work but i want to know if this is the case for others? Im trying to make progress on my project but i keep hitting snags along the way.. Thanks for the help.. I need it..

 

I'm assuming you mean the long arm cross member.

Hey, thanks for the link for the instructions.. Im not doing a complete bds setup but using the pan for my custom arms and what not.. And yes, its the long arm belly pan.. I see the brake lines and everything needs to be moved but i dont see anything about bending anything to make it fit.. Thats why im asking if anyone who has one and installed it, if they had to bend the flap with the spot welds to make it fit properly.. Thanks..
