Default What steering is this?

Can anyone tell me from this craigslist picture what type of hd steering this is?

http://knoxville.craigslist.org/pts/4837283648.html

Curious what kind of work is involved with installation.

Thank you sir! Professional opinion!?! Worth it for a mild exp rig? It's suppose to be a bolt-in kit right? Sure looks like.

It's definitely rugged ridge but, it looks like it's an old kit. The new RR steering kits have the drag link mounted on top of the tie rod. That one looks like it mounts in front of the tie rod. I have their newer style one and honestly, the ONLY reason it's on my Jeep is because it was there when I bought it. I have two poly spacers in it and it still feels like garbage. It also likes to destroy the tie rod on the drivers side of the drag link. For a few more coins, you could go with Frank's kit or with the Ruff Stuff kit and have bomb steering.

RUN AWAY. I had that one and roll steer is an understatement. You fought the wheel just to try and stay in the lines going down the road.

J U N K!!! I had this setup. after a month I replaced it with the iron rock over the knuckle setup. I emailed rugged ridge twice and they didn't even have the ***** to reply back. some customer service huh... they might make some other stuff that is good but I will never buy another thing from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Whats the problem with that? You get what you pay for, unless you're entirely clueless and get ripped off lol.

The Currie system is not very good- and it is expensive. It is still a Y.. granted a very beefy Y but still a Y. The Rusty's kit is even worse. Those are the two I have ran. Buddy runs the IRO kit and it seems to do great! Its not always the amount of $ that makes it great.

I wish i would have done the WJ swap right off the bat- Saved myself some cash. Probably the best that you can get and It is now the next thing on my list.
