New to the forum but I have a lifted xj and thought since it's lifted it might have something to do with the problem, hence why it's in the modified (not trying to start threads in the wrong section!)

One of the problems on my jeep is a popping sound coming from my drivers front tire are.

This isn't a cv axle as I've already had it looked at, nor does it happen all the time. More often than not though, when I turn left or right I hear an interesting pop sound coming from the front drivers side tire...area (it hard to explain without video which I'll try to post up later today, it's not a pop sound as what a ballon does). It's not the tire but close to it. If I take a turn slowly, 10-15, I'll be fine but after a few turns of that speed it ultimately pops It's doesn't affect driving or performance in anyway but is annoying as hell. And sometimes when im in a parking space and I back out, then put it in drive, it pops. I haven't been able to pinpoint the location of the sound. I've gotten under my jeep with my buddy inside turning the wheel left and right (in park lol) and with every turn....pop, pop, pop, pop, but still I couldn't pinpoint it.

Any help would be appreciated!

Tighten both ends of the trackbar. And then check the unibody for cracks if the noise continues

^x2 you may have the track bar too lose. Hopefully it hasn't wallowed out the mounting hole.

If you your track bar is too short it can cause it to bind. My does it. Because I have a 7 inch lift and running a track bar for a 5.5 inch lift.
