Default What to replace?

I just bought a 1996 jeep xj, it was lifted and with 33s from the owner before me. I am planning on taking it on a trip up to the Sierra Nevadas next month, the front end has a little bit of a clicking noise when going over small bumps anyone have any idea what they could be? I have jacked it up and tried looking and moving things to find out what it could be. The other thing that i had a question about was if there are any weak points that are known to be, just trying to make it be as reliable for the trip as possible.
thanks guys
