What lift should I get?
What I will be using it for: Driving on the beach. The trips will be for around a week and I will be in the sand the whole time. The sand can get really soft so a good suspension and tires will go along way. I will have a rod holder on the front that will have a cooler. A cooler and fishing gear will also be in the rear. Also, there will be times where a few hundred pound of gear will be in the back as well. To sum up, abnormal weight needs to be accounted for.
About the jeep: I was fortunate enough the inherited the jeep. It has 167k miles and has been kept in a garage since day one.
The lift kit: I've looked into the 3" rough country, 3.5" rubicon, and 3" rusty's. What ever kit I go with I will go for the full suspension, full leafs and shocks all around. Just by riding around I can tell the suspension needs updating.
Tires: BF Goodrich KO2
Any advice for my setup? I'm having trouble picking out a setup due to the weight I will be hauling around. The last thing I want is a saggy rearend.

I honestly would not go higher than a 4 inch lift, The Rubicon would probably be your best bet. It is great that you are going to do a full kit for the suspension.
Question- will this vehicle be a daily driver, or used only to go to the beach?
Having driven on sand numerous times, I would try to find a little wider tire, it helps to keep from sinking into the sand. It may also not be a bad idea to see about a limited slip or locker for at least the rear diff. My Jeep does not see sand (2wd), but my Ranger does, and it has Torsen Differentials (pretty much a Detroit Truetrac) front and rear, and I do not get stuck at all.

Rusty's
So here is a third opinion........ I have had two Cherokees (XJ). I put a Rusty's lift on the first one. When I ordered it, the person on the phone asked me several questions. Due to putting a ARB bumper and winch on the front, it was suggested that I go with the heavier springs. I did and was very happy. Kit fit perfect, had a really good ride, and most importantly it handled very well on the street. At the time I lived in Colorado and worked emergency services, 80 to 90 mph on the interstate was no problem with this lift. Curvy mountain roads, no problem. Off road and in the snow, perfect. The Cherokee I have now will get the same treatment soon. Just my experience with it, your mileage may vary. Rod

It won't be a daily driver but I'll be driving it to work every once in a while. Any tires you would recommend? I'm a fan of the ko2 30x9.5 or 31x10.5 but I'm all ears.
Thanks!

Are you referring to this kit? rusty's 3" I don't see an option to get heavier front springs.
Thanks!
