What's up guys this last weekend I went from 3" to 4.5". My lift consists of 3" coil springs and 1.5" spacer up front, and AAL and 2" shackle out back.
After adding the spacers and shackles I'm getting a Pop in the front end. It happens mostly when I'm in reverse (backing up) and hit the brakes. Especially if I'm backing down a steep driveway. Every time I hit the brakes to slow down the front end pops. It's pretty loud and you can feel it in the floor of of the jeep.
I got an alignment after the lift, where we adjusted my iron rock off road track bar and rough country adjustable LCAs. No drive line vibes or any other issues besides the front end pop.
Everything seems nice and tight. This" POP" was not present before adding the extra 1.5". I'm leaning towards a u joint. What do you guys think?

Yeah I'm just trying to think what could have change with the additional lift.
I did unbolt the brake calipers when installing the front spacers, so I will check those.
I will check the drive shaft as well.
Keep the input rolling in!
Someone has to have run into this before..

Update!
I tightened the hell out of the upper (body side) bolts of the LCAs and all is well now!
Those bolts need to be TIGHT. 133 ft lbs according to my haynes manual.
Thanks for the help guys!
