Just put a sye in and now I get vibes above 55 but there in like one second intervals... Like there there then leave then back. Outta valence drive shaft??

would think that if your drive shaft was out of balance it would happen for more than a second, and would be constant the whole time you were above said speed. You sure all your needle bearings and chain went back on correctly, or did you do a hack n tap?

Hmmm, you've got me on this one. The inconsistancy is the weird thing, sorry man, don't think I will be much help here. Good luck and let us know if you figure it out.
