Upper and lower ball joints
My ball joints are shot . So far I have found replacement parts from $14 to $103 a pice , upper end ones ($) have a 1/2" adjustments . Lower end ones don't have any adjustments Does it matter all that much what I'm paying for them or is it one of those you get what you pay for and if I get the ones that can't be adjusted will that effect my toe or camber, or are they meant to be fixed . I'm new to a lot of this and I would rather fix it once and not have to f with it after that . Any advice would be helpful

You only need the adjustable ones if the yoke in your axle has been reamed out or if your axle is bent. Personally I'd get the high end non-adjustables. On my phone but IIRC Serious Offroad has a set of Spicers

I looked them up on auto parts ware house

I got my ball joints from Serious.
Dana Spicer Replacements
Only took 2 days after I ordered. Use code Cherokee Forum for the discount. Installed mine last week, but I am waiting on the rest of my parts so I can put the axle back in.

Just a note on Jeep Cherokee ball joints.
I have never seen the upper one fail. Even bran new, it is designed to be able to more in and out almost half an inch.
the bottom one on the other hand, if it moves in and out at all, its shot.
Noticed that on jeeps, to find out about the ball joints, you lift the tire off the ground then take a bar and lift the tire. it can move up and down quite a bit. Both joints move up and down but only the bottom one has a problem.
If the tire does not move any other ways than up and down, only get the lower one. You will save a lots of money and time and won't throw away a perfectly good ball joint.
If you decide to buy the upper one anyway, put the nut on it and before you put the grease nipple on it. put the nut in a vice and pull and push on the ball joint. It will move A LOT in and out.
that's a lot more than 5% off

The offset balljoints are designed to correct alignment issues, mostly to return caster.
If the axle or the 'C' is bent than scrap it. You may be able to keep the half shafts as spares or sell them.
