Default Ball Joints

Hey I am trying to replace the ball joints on my jeep and I think that when I was putting in the lower ball joint it went in strait but the rod bent. Does this look right?..

Typical ball joint cutaway.

Hope that clears any confusion. It's a "Ball" joint. It's supposed to be able to move like that.

Yep. Its suppose to give your steering a little flex. You should be able to push it back and forth with a little resistance

If it didn't move around any then you would have a problem.

Is "dumb" purposely spelled incorrectly in your sig line? Serious question.
