I'm looking into buying the teraflex revolver shackles. What's your opinions on using these on your jeeps? Are they worth it?

I ran these for about a year, they werent all that great, I deffenitely wouldnt buy them new.
If you want to do your rear suspension right the first time the next best option to linking the rear is to re locate your shackles.
We just put a relocation kit on my buddies xj, I think its made by hdoffroad or someone like that and looks like it will work great.
I just boxed mine in and moved them back a little bit

my buddy has them. he went on his side once because of them. and when they are all the bumped the bind on each other and the main leaf eye is far from where it should be IMO. just get shackles and some relocation boxes.

So basically just use stock shackles and a shackle relocation bracket?

a longer shackle. if you run a 2" shackle in stock location, it will be at a 90* angle (straight up n down) this is not good for ride or flex. so if you get the relocation brackets and move it to a 45* angle your droop travel will much better. and you'll gain around 1" of lift instead of 2.

i have them on mine, for now...
my RE shackles needed new bushings, and i had these lying around new, so i figured, why not at least try them.
i wheel some pretty tough trails with lots of rocks and roots/ruts, steep inclines and descents, and never had an issue.
i don't think they're as bad as everyone makes them out to be, but i would never buy them for the sole purpose of running them for more flex.
i would do as suggested, and just relocate the shackle boxes or even go coil conversion/4 link.
