Default Upper control arms not lining up after new lift

So I just installed my new 4.5" lift. My xj came with a 3" lift when I got it with the 4.5 parts in the trunk except for a track bar. I ordered a new track bar and installed it. Everything is lined up good. The track bar still needs some adjusting. Anyways the passenger side upper control arm will not line up with the mount on the axle. We tried using a large ratchet strap and got a bolt through one side of it. The other side's hole in the axle is about 3/4 inch too far forward and about 1/4 of a inch too high. Nothing looks bent or out of place. Keep in mine that these are the stock uppers and adjustable ones are coming in about a month. Do you guys think that the track bar could be throwing it off? I'm debating on just towing it to an allignment shop nearby that specializes in 4x4s and seeing if they can figure it out

Hook the control arms up before the track bar.

Just had to deal with this crap myself.

Bolt in the lower and upper to the axle
Get a come-a-long or ratchet strap and pull the upper arm back using the axle mount and trans member.

This will let you get the upper in and bolts through.

Then with brute strength, leg power and a pry bar put the lower in at the body and put the bolt through.

If you block the wheels when doing this it helps keep the wheel centered. If your doing this on axle stands the disregard.

I did this with vehicle on ground with tires on and trackbar installed.
