Nice Jeep! I already purchased the 35s and Bushwacker fender flares. Re-gearing sounds like the way to go. Did you get your's off line as a package or have a shop order and install? I plan on having a mechanic install mine as I have no experience with that at all.

I got my gears from Randy's ring and pinion and me and my dad installed them. It is a huge pita and is almost worth paying someone to do it anyways even if you know how.
I'm really gearing again for 37s now but if I were to do it over again I would pick to run 488s with 35s.

I cut the fenders and installed the Bushwacker fender flares. The 35X12.50s fit bit still rub just a little when I turn sharp. Looking at 2" leveling kit to add a little more clearance.

Here is mine with a 6.5 inch kit (I believe) with 2" spacers in the front on 35s, just for your reference. I bought the Jeep with the lift kit installed, I just added the spacer up front so far. I also have 4.56s and they are the way to go. My mileage is not very good, compared to my TDI Jetta, but my Jeep is not my DD. Also, my fenders are trimmed. I dont have any problems running and it has some power when I need it.

It sits about 1" higher in the front now, from this picture.
