Default Upgrade from AAL to Full Leaf Packs

My XJ came with a 3" Pro Comp AAL lift when I bought it. Lately the back end has started to sag bad so I started to consider a couple fixes. I can have a shop in town re-arc my stock springs and the add a leaf, or I can order full 3" packs from Pro Comp. Also at the same time I am going to replace my f***ed rear shocks, are the Pro Comp ES9000s any good?
Thanks for any help

There have to be at least 50 shock threads in the past week..search...regardless, id suggest trashing the AAL and getting full packs...why are you so set on pro-comp?? If your wanting the best go OME leafs and OME shocks or bilstein.

Thanks for the advice. Correct me if I'm wrong, but shocks affect ride quality more than the springs right?

Eh...you should be first worried about shackle angle, then shocks.

I run procomps in mine with 3in lift and they're perfectly acceptable. Can't say I've had anything else to compare them to, bar stock.
