So the last couple days I've been experiencing horrible death wobble at 35mph. So I take a look at my suspension and what do I see? The passenger side upper control arm mount is tearing away from my D30! I have NO idea what caused this to happen. My jeep has a RC 4.5" lift. The upper control arms are OEM. The D30 doesn't appear to be bent just from looking at it but that doesn't mean it isn't... I wanted to add the Ironrockoffroad D30 truss with the optional passenger side UCA mount. Looks like now is a good time to do this!(as long as its not bent) lol!

So, anyone else run into this with the D30? I'd post pictures but my internet is down, if someone wants I can email pics to them from my phone and they can post them.

Very common. Box weld the front in and brace it from the pumkin over-Rustys offroad makes a brace for cheap.

 

Yes, the factory bracket is a joke.

Weld it back together and brace the open side, then do the truss
