You wanna do it right?
Use a medium hotside with a SmallER compressor wheel. Make sure the frankenstein is BB, not journal bearing.
Port the hell outta the hotside, and consider very large wastegate, external of course, otherwise it may creep like mad.
If you can, use a manual boost controller.
A 255lph fuel pump AT MIN, and a FMU would be easiest.
Sorry, took longer to write that than 'thought so'.
Still not a good idea for the OP.

Haha. You are kidding right? Did you get that info on wikipedia? You still dont understand low boost.
Sounds like you copied generic "turbo kit specs" then pasted them here.
I allready did a breakdown of parts and over estimated prices for the entire low boost setup.
You are trying to post hot and cold side info like it matters right now, or like it matters for the potential setup for low boost.
Large wastegate? Are you kidding me?

you didnt say anything that i didnt allready cover in my post, besides use a FMU but that is just retarded advice.
this whole "Use a medium hotside with a SmallER compressor wheel. Make sure the frankenstein is BB, not journal bearing.

a large external gate is also a useless waste of money, and time in fabrication for a low boost setup.
at least you tried...

have you ever used an FMU?
they are the most unreliable pieces of crap when it comes to fuel management. even a 12:1 unit and using it up to 8lbs with retarded timing will be inconsistent.
FMU's are what "turbo kit" mfg's offer on low quality entry level turbo kits.
for the price of an FMU, you can get an actual adjustable FPR, and call it a day.
FMU's were popular in the early 90's when greddy, and hks were making turbo kits for honda's.

Wait, thought we were aiming for low boost?
Megasquirt is needed, but a simpler tuning setup using a FMU and factory MAP sensor setup is a bad choice?
Sounds like a contradiction.
For a low boost setup that you want to spool at super low RPM and not choke out in higher RPM, everything I suggested will be phenominal.
But you've done all this, so.....oh...wait...you haven't. Your still talking out of your tail pipe.

FMU's can work, but they have been known to back pressure fuel pumps, run super rich between transitions, and run rich in open loop.
you cant really get a good consistent tune with an FMU. but they can be used to get you by for a while.
for the money, why not just buy a FPR since this isnt a mfg turbo kit?
