Boostwerks out of Loveland Colorado makes a custom turbo manifold already.
You would probably need to fab your own piping, figure out fuel system mods, tuning of course, plus other supporting mods like gauges
I don't think there is an off-the-shelf kit that you can bolt in. The majority of it will need to be custom.
Other than that, definitely possible. The 4.0 still will barely put down 260+hp to the wheels though IIRC. A bit more with a built stroker but still not crazy horsepower.
A bone stock LS2 would put down ~380 to the wheels and would take a similar amount of effort. Heads/Cams/Intake would bump that closer to 450-480rwhp I think.

Can you weld mig/tig? Do you have any tuning experience? What tuners have you used? Is this vehicle your daily driver? Can you soder? Do you know how to size turbos? Do you know how to read air fuel ratios? Do you know basic automotive electric including the ability to read schematics?
None of these questions are ment as put downs or to be rude. They are simply a wide set of questions to answer whether you have the skills and tools to complete your question. The answer is yes it involves a fair level of modification.
