Default Trying to figure lift size

So I did the measurements from the top of axle tunes to the unibody and I'm getting 3.25-3.5. The guy I bought it from a while back said it was a 4.5 RC lift. I know lifts sag after time and what not, but is there a way to tell if it's sagging or certain parts to look for that would be "specificish" to a 4.5 lift?

Just realized there was a thread I was supposed to put this in. Sorry guys.

You are better to measure from the center of the wheel to the bottom of the fender flare to get lift heights. Stock was 17" from center of wheel to bottom of the stock fender flare.

My 1998 has Bushwacker 5” cut out flares. Where would I measure to on them to determine my lift size?

Thanks
