I have a 92 xj with a Rubicon 2in BB, I was planning on putting 30s in but found a good deal on some 31s with rims, how extensive is the trimming that I would need to do and how would I do it?

For the front id cut the outline of the flare.
For the rear just pull your flares off, cut the first little lip off (about half an inch), then cut half inch slits up and bash them in. Comes out nice if you take your time.

Do alittle at a time. Obviously you can always trim more later... But you can't glue part of your fender back on if you trim too much. Lol
On the rear make sure you make your vertical cuts in between the pinch welds... Do not cut through the pinch welds. You won't be a happy camper.
One more thing....
Do not pizza when you should french fry. Your gonna have a bad time!
