Default Transfer case/SYE help

I bought my xj with a supposed 4.5 in lift, I've read at that point you need an SYE but I cannot tell whether it has a SYE or not. Attached is a picture of someone could help me that would be awesome.

sorry for poor quality the back camera is broken on my phone.

From the picture, it doesn't appear to have an SYE installed. This is because it looks like the rear driveshaft is the stock driveshaft. If the rear driveshaft matched the front driveshaft style(double cardan) then you'd have an SYE installed.

My stock rear driveshaft came off from vibration of the u joint at the rear diff. I've got an SYE on order. I'm at 4.5 inches of lift too.
