Transfer Case Drop?

Transfer Case Drop?
I'm wanting to put a 3" lift on my 01 and didn't know if I should put in a transfer case drop or not? Any words of wisdom would be greatly appriciated!!

I didn't install it on my 01 when I lifted to 5.5" +/- I did add a few washers between the rails & cross member until the vibrations went away. I later installed an SYE (great mod!).

Another vote for shims, if you go higher you will need an SYE and Adj. Track Bar and U/L CA's to take care3 of the front. The track bar is needed with any lift really.
