i just picked up a Hayden trans cooler with the fins. Dose the inlet and outlet go on the side or from the bottom? Also I have stock fan and trans electric fan. Put the cooler in front of the electric fan?

 

You want the fluid coming in at the bottom of the cooler that way it fills the cooler and the fluid will go through it slower giving it more time to cool. Most people mount it on the driver side in front of the electric fan. That's where the factory auxiliary cooler is mounted if you have one, I have my fan on a switch so I can turn it on when I want to.
