Tranny and tcase bulb type?

Model: Cherokee (XJ)
Engine: 4.0L I6
Tranny and tcase bulb type?
My bulbs are burnt out for both the tcase and tranny, which makes shifting and using the 4WD at night really difficult. I know it is a really easy replacement but wherever I search I cant seem to find the bulb type. Does anyone know the type I need and if I can put LEDs in like I did the rest of my lights?
